In many cases, general plan updates such as changes to your address or payment details, can be completed over the phone. For more complex plan alterations, you may need to provide us with specific information or speak to your financial adviser first. In any case, we’ll clearly explain what you need to do and why, so we can manage your request as efficiently as possible.
