Ben Climo joined NEOS with nearly 20 years’ experience in financial services, including senior leadership roles at AMP and BT, with deep expertise spanning advice, licensing, strategy and mergers and acquisitions. He has held a range of leadership positions focused on improving operational efficiency and driving sustainable commercial growth for advice businesses.
Prior to joining NEOS, Ben led the design and implementation of the Risk Advice offering for the Akumin Licensee Network and served as a Responsible Manager, with accountability across governance, compliance and strategic execution. This experience informs his pragmatic, commercially focused leadership style.
