Bez Erfan brings over 15 years’ experience in Australia’s life insurance industry, with a strong background in adviser service, sales and relationship management roles. Since joining NEOS in 2019, he has been passionate about helping advisers grow their businesses and extend quality protection to more Australians.
As National BDC Manager, Bez leads the BDC function, supporting advisers across every stage of their journey by reducing friction, improving efficiency and helping them engage more confidently with life insurance. His focus is on creating consistent, scalable experiences that support sustainable commercial outcomes.
Known for his hands-on, people-first approach, Bez works closely with advisers to identify opportunities, remove barriers and make it easier to do business. Having recently completed his MBA at the University of Sydney, he continues to build his leadership capability and strategic perspective.
