As Regional Sales Manager for Victoria, Don leads a high-performing sales team with a strong focus on adviser partnerships, execution excellence and sustainable growth. He works closely with advisers to help them navigate complexity, strengthen their advice models and deliver better client outcomes.
Prior to NEOS, Don held senior client development and underwriting roles at AIA Australia, giving him deep end-to-end industry insight. Known for his hands-on leadership style and strong bias for action, Don is passionate about supporting advisers to build successful, enduring businesses.
